“I've had my Cube Delhi Hybrid now for a few months and it's probably the best bike I've ever owned. Took a bit longer than anticipated to arrive, but the staff at cycle discount kept me informed, so no problem. Initially had a bit of a problem with the gearing, but the mechanics at the centre soon sorted this, replacing sprockets at no extra charge. So really excellent service. I cannot recommend this Stoke bike store highly enough. Really great , totally happy and a quality bike which I hope gives me years of trouble free use.”

“Best bike shop in the area. We went in for advice finding a bigger 'proper' bike for our 4 year old and the staff were really knowledgable and very helpful. They have a fantastic range of kids bikes and we chose a 16" Python Elite, it's lovely. The staff were so helpful that I went back and bought a bike for myself too via my Cycle to Work scheme. 😁. Can't fault the service or the friendliness of the staff and I will definitely be returning again.”
